There are two possible conditions for ineligibility:
- the employer has provided coverage for one or more costs similar to those supported by the EURES TMS mobility allowance (i.e. transport, travel insurance, accommodation, meals, and all other sundries), whatever it may be (and whatever the amount)
- any candidate who has moved temporarily to another EU/EEA country to look for a job, traineeship or apprenticeship but has kept residence in the country where s/he lived before departure is eligible to benefit from the financial measures and recruitment support, except for the mobility allowance because s/he is already living in the country of destination.
